service that allows members to create unique personal homepage
online in order to share ideas and communicate with old and
new friends. The service is operated by Starpals,Inc. By using
the iAlmond.com Website you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Use . If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other
Members and make use of the Starpals,Inc. services , please read
this Agreement and indicate your acceptance by following the
instructions in the Registration process.
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your
use of the Website and your Membership in the Service. Starpals
may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification
shall be effective upon posting by Starpals on the Website.
You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when

provide Starpals with evidence satisfactory to Starpals of their
parent's or guardian's express consent to obtain iAlmond.com membership.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account and password and for restricting access to your computer,
and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account or password.. |

be used in connection with any product or service that is not
Starpals', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among
customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Starpals. |

Transmission Security |
| You acknowledge that Starpals has
no control of the communications lines used to access the Starpals
Services because such lines are provided by a third party public
utility and, as such, that the security of transmissions to
and from the Services is not the responsibility of Starpals'. |

Dispute |
| You are solely responsible for your
interactions with other iAlmondd.com Members. Starpals reserves the
right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you
and other Members. |

without notice, including the right to terminate Starpals services
